With a decade of experience in education and a couple of years in the food and beverage industry, Cassandra has always had a passion for crafting drinks and serving others. Her love for mixology and the joy it brings to people sparked a dream to one day own her own business. During the pandemic, Cassandra saw another mobile bar business in action and instantly knew that was the path she wanted to take. That moment was the catalyst for what would become Evermore Mobile Bar. She’s dedicated to not only creating beautiful drinks but also providing exceptional service that makes every event special.

Emmanuel
Emmanuel brings a diverse background to the table with years of experience in education and human resources, and he currently works as a recruiter for an engineering company. Alongside his professional career, Emmanuel has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and actively seeks new business opportunities. His insight and guidance were instrumental in turning Evermore Mobile Bar from a dream into reality, working alongside Cassandra every step of the way to bring their vision to life.

The Journey
Together, they purchased an old horse trailer and spent over a year transforming it into the stunning, fully-equipped mobile bar you see today. Their dedication and teamwork paid off in a beautiful, functional space that serves as the heart of Evermore Mobile Bar.
